Export your orders
In Shopify, open Orders → Export, pick the dates you sent gifts in and CSV, and upload the file Shopify emails you.

Pick what marks a gift
A tag (like “gifted”), a discount code, or orders with nothing charged. Pozto guesses from the file and remembers your choice for the next upload.

Creators are matched
By email first, then by a handle in the order note (“TikTok: @name” or a profile link). A handle that isn’t on your list yet becomes a new creator. Orders it can’t match wait under “Gift orders to match”, where you add the handle or mark “Not a gift”.

Pozto watches for the post
Each creator’s public TikToks, Reels and Shorts are checked every few hours while they’re due. Every video is checked for your product on screen and, on paid plans, in the caption and what’s said out loud, tagged or not.
Each creator then has a status: Shipped, Due, Late or Posted. Uploading the same export again adds nothing twice, so upload a new one whenever you send a batch.
Your products, straight from your store
Paste your store’s link and pick products from its catalog, or paste a single product link: the name and photo come with it. Add a few more photos (the back, the packaging, each shade), because photos are how the video check spots a product on screen. Products are unlimited on every plan.
Emails for reminders, from the orders
A gift order usually carries the creator’s email, so a late creator can get a reminder without you hunting for it. Every plan drafts the reminder; Growth sends it from Pozto. Sales from creator discount codes
On every plan, Sales reads the same Shopify order export for orders paid with each creator’s discount code, and shows the revenue per creator. A code that starts with a creator’s handle (“MAYAGLOWS15” for @mayaglows) is matched for you; give others by hand, and mark codes many people use as shared, so they count toward totals but go to no one. To pay creators a commission on their codes, run a free affiliate program.

What Pozto doesn’t do yet
- It doesn’t connect to your store directly. It reads the order export you upload, so there’s nothing to install, and nothing new arrives until you upload again.
- It doesn’t know when a gift arrived. Exports have no delivery date, so delivery is estimated from your usual days in transit. Mark a creator delivered to correct it.
- It doesn’t ship, handle addresses or pay creators. Keep gifting from Shopify as you do now.
- It doesn’t capture Instagram Stories. It covers TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Over your limit? New creators are still added, but paused until you upgrade, close finished ones, or turn on extra creators at your plan’s rate.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Upgrades start right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades start at your next renewal; the current period isn’t refunded.

Questions
Is Pozto a Shopify app?
No. It works with the order export every Shopify store can download, so there’s no app to install and no access to your store to grant. A direct connection isn’t available yet.
How does Pozto know which orders were gifts?
You choose: orders with a tag like “gifted”, orders that used a gifting discount code, or orders where nothing was charged. Pozto suggests one from the file, and you can change it.
What if the order has no handle?
Pozto matches by email when the creator is already on your list. Otherwise the order waits under “Gift orders to match” until you add the handle. Putting “TikTok: @name” in the order note when you create it saves that step.
Can I import creators I gifted outside Shopify?
Yes. Paste handles, upload an Excel or CSV list (exports from GRIN, Modash, Upfluence, Aspire and Shopify Collabs work), or add them one at a time.
