An influencer API for your gifting data.
Pozto’s API gives your own tools the creators you gifted, what you sent them, their status and every post with its video check. It’s five endpoints of plain JSON, on the Brand plan.
What the API is for
It’s for the ops person or developer who wants Pozto’s data somewhere else: an Airtable base, a warehouse, a dashboard, an internal tool. Or the other way round: adding creators from the system that ships your gifts, so nobody types them in twice.
It works on your own roster, the creators you’ve sent product to. It isn’t a database of influencers to search. If that’s what you need from an influencer API, Pozto isn’t it.
Keys, base URL and limits
- Base URL: https://pozto.co/api/v1
- Keys: the team owner makes them in Settings → API, on the Brand plan. A key starts with pz_ and is shown once: Pozto keeps only a fingerprint, so copy it then. Name each key for what it’s for, and revoke it any time. Settings shows when each key was last used.
- Sending it: Authorization: Bearer pz_… on every request.
- Scope: one key reads and adds to every brand on your team.
- Rate limit: 120 requests a minute per key.
- Pages: GET /creators and GET /posts return 100 at a time, or up to 500 with &limit=. When there are more, the response has a next_cursor: send it back as &cursor= for the next page. It’s null on the last page.
- Format: JSON in and out. Ids are strings, and dates are ISO 8601.
Endpoints
| Request | What it does |
|---|---|
| GET /brands | Your team’s brands: id, name, website, handles, whether the brand is locked, and when it was added. |
| GET /creators?brand_id=… | Every creator in the brand: accounts, codes, status (late, due, waiting, posted, closed, paused), days left, gifts and posts. Add &status=late to filter. |
| POST /creators | Adds a creator, or a gift to a creator already on the list. |
| GET /posts?brand_id=… | The brand’s posts, newest first, one per video. Add &since=YYYY-MM-DD for recent ones. |
| POST /posts | Adds a post by its link: a TikTok, Instagram Reel or YouTube Short. |
What a creator and a post include
A creator comes with their name, email, accounts (and whether each handle was found), discount codes, status, and each gift: the product and the rest of the box, its campaign, shipped and delivered dates, the deadline in days, tracking number, fee, posts wanted and posts so far.
A post is one video, with every platform it went up on: link, caption, posted date and whether it tagged you. Then the gift and product it counts for, and how Pozto decided that. Then the video check: whether your product was found, each on-screen moment in seconds, each time it was said with the quote, and a short summary. And the disclosure: clear, weak or none, with why.
Adding creators and posts
POST /creators takes brand_id and handles: @names, profile links or Linktree-style links, up to six. It also takes platform, name, email, codes, product (an id or a name; a new name adds the product), shipped_at, delivered_at, due_days (21 if you leave it out) and tracking. A creator already on the list, matched by any of their accounts or their email, gets the gift instead of a duplicate. It answers 201 for a new creator and 200 for an existing one, with the creator’s id and the gift’s id.
POST /posts takes brand_id and url, and optionally creator_id and product_id. The post is filed under whoever owns the account, added to your list if they’re new, and queued for the video check. It answers with whether it was new, the handle, the platform and whether it counts as a post about you.
# Creators who are late, in one brand

-H "Authorization: Bearer pz_…"
# Add a creator and the gift you sent them
curl -X POST https://pozto.co/api/v1/creators \
-H "Authorization: Bearer pz_…" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \

# Posts since October 1, newest first
curl "https://pozto.co/api/v1/posts?brand_id=BRAND_ID&since=2026-10-01" \

# The next page: the next_cursor from the answer before
curl "https://pozto.co/api/v1/posts?brand_id=BRAND_ID&since=2026-10-01&cursor=NEXT_CURSOR" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer pz_…"Errors
An error comes back as JSON with one plain sentence, like {"error": "…"}, and a 4xx status:
- 400: the body isn’t JSON, or a field isn’t valid, like a delivery date in the future.
- 401: no key, or a key that’s wrong or revoked.
- 403: your team isn’t on the Brand plan.
- 404: no brand with that brand_id on your team.
- 409: the brand is locked, because your plan has fewer brands than your team uses.
- 429: more than 120 requests in a minute.
What the API doesn’t do
- No influencer search. It reads and adds to your own list. Searching for creators is Find creators, in the app.
- No views, likes or EMV in responses. They’re in the app from Starter, and in the weekly report. See influencer reporting.
- No webhooks. To pick up new posts, ask GET /posts with since.
- No edits or deletes. The API reads and adds. Changes and removals happen in the app.
- No per-person keys. Keys belong to the team, and only the owner makes them.
What’s in the posts is the same as in the app: Pozto finds posts by watching the video, frames, audio and caption, so untagged posts come through too. Influencer tracking explains how posts get found.

Questions
Which plan includes the API?
The Brand plan. If your team moves to another plan, its keys stop working and requests get a 403 until you’re back on Brand.
Who can make API keys?
The team owner, in Settings → API. A key is shown once, when it’s made. Teammates who need one ask the owner.
What’s the rate limit?
120 requests a minute per key. Past that, requests get a 429 until the next minute.
Does the API return views and EMV?
Not today. It returns creators, gifts, statuses, posts, the video check and the disclosure. Views, likes, comments and EMV are in the app and the weekly report.
Can I search for influencers through the API?
No. Pozto’s API works on the creators you’ve added. It doesn’t have a database of influencers to search or filter.
