Influencer marketing reporting for gifted posts.
Pozto finds the posts your gifted creators make, then counts what they did: views, likes, comments and EMV per video, per product and per campaign. On Growth, a weekly report lands in your inbox, ready to forward.
Built from real public posts, checked by hand. Glow Recipe isn’t a Pozto customer or partner.
What a seeding report has to answer
A paid campaign’s report starts from posts you were promised. Product seeding can’t. Nobody is contracted to post, so influencer marketing reporting for gifting starts one step earlier: who got a product, who posted, and what those posts did.
- Who posted, who’s due and who’s late?
- Did the product actually appear, and did they tag you or disclose the gift?
- How many views, likes and comments did the videos get?
- What did each video cost, and which campaign did better?
Pozto answers these from the videos themselves, so a creator who shows your product without tagging you still counts. Here’s what you can report on, and which plan shows it.

How views and EMV are counted
Views keep growing for as long as a video is up, and a number that never stops changing can’t be compared or reported. So Pozto follows each video for its first 30 days after it’s posted, then keeps its last read as the final number. Until then a post says “so far”; after, “final”. Most short videos get nearly all their views in the first days, so this is close to the lifetime count, and a campaign’s totals stop drifting once its videos are a month old.
EMV (earned media value) is what that exposure would cost as ads: $10 per 1,000 views plus $0.20 per like or comment, in US dollars. It’s an estimate for comparing videos and campaigns, not money anyone paid. They’re the same rates as our free EMV calculator, and what EMV is explains when it helps and when it doesn’t.
Cost per video comes from what you enter: the cost of one gift on each product, and the fee on paid deals. For cost per view or per 1,000 views, put a campaign’s totals into the CPV calculator. The full rules are in the help center under views and EMV.
The weekly report email
On Growth and Brand, Monday’s digest email includes the weekly report. It’s written to forward to whoever asks how seeding is going:
- Post rate, new videos, views, EMV and cost per video.
- Late creators, missing disclosures and untagged videos.
- Each of those next to last week’s number.
- Each campaign side by side, and the week’s best videos.
It goes out around 8:00 in your time zone, and only when there’s something to say. It counts the videos found that week, with their numbers so far. On every plan you also get the digest of new posts and who’s late or due: daily on paid plans, weekly on Free.
Setting up influencer campaign reporting
- 01
Add creators and what you sent
Paste handles, import a CSV or Excel sheet, or upload your Shopify gift orders. Add when each gift shipped or arrived, so “late” means something.
- 02
Add product photos and the cost of one gift
A few photos let the video check spot each product on screen. The cost of one gift turns posts into cost per video.
- 03
Group gifts into a campaign
A campaign has dates, products and an optional hashtag. “Add existing deals” brings in deals for its products sent within its dates.
- 04
Read the numbers
Campaigns compares launches and seasons, and Products shows who got each product, who posted, views, EMV and cost per video, both from Starter. On Growth, the report arrives every Monday.
What Pozto’s reports don’t cover
- Instagram Stories, private videos and anything behind a login. Pozto only sees public posts.
- Today’s TikTok and Instagram views. They’re read when Pozto checks the video, usually soon after it’s found, so they can be lower than today’s count for a video that kept growing. YouTube’s are read about once a day for the first 30 days.
- Anything after a video’s first 30 days. Its numbers are final by then.
- A CSV or PDF export. Read the numbers in the app and forward the weekly email. On Brand, the API returns creators, gifts and posts as JSON, without views or EMV.
- Audience demographics or paid ad results. Pozto reports on the posts, not on who watched them.

Questions
What is influencer marketing reporting?
It’s showing what creator posts did: who posted, how many people saw it, what it cost and how it compares with last time. For gifting, it also means counting who posted at all, since nobody was paid to.
Which plan do I need for views and EMV?
Starter, at $149 a month or $119 a month paid yearly. It adds views, likes, comments and EMV per video and product, and campaigns. The weekly report email needs Growth, at $449 a month or $359 a month paid yearly.
Why does Pozto stop counting views after 30 days?
So the numbers hold still. A video’s views keep creeping up for as long as it’s online, and a report you can’t compare with last month isn’t much use. Most short videos get nearly all their views in the first days.
Do untagged posts count in the report?
Yes. A video counts when the caption tags or names your brand or product, or when the video check finds your product on screen or said out loud. On Growth, every untagged video is also listed in Not tagged, where you can ask for the tag.
Can I export a report?
Not as a file today. You can forward the weekly report email on Growth and Brand. On Brand, the API returns your creators, gifts and posts as JSON for your own tools, but not views or EMV.
