How everything in Pozto works, on every plan. Last updated November 2, 2026. Can't find something? Ask us.

Getting started

#

Pozto keeps track of the products you gift to creators and tells you who posted about them, who's late, and what each video shows. The usual flow:

First-run setup asks how you want to start: “Import a spreadsheet” or “Set up step by step”. Not ready to add your list? Below them, “Check a creator”, “Find creators” and “Compare with competitors” need only your brand's name (Creator check, Find creators, Competitors). If you stop before setup is done, Pozto sends you one email a day later with the way back. Are you a creator? Use “Make a creator profile” at the bottom instead (creator profiles).

Some sections come with a higher plan; they say which. Compare plans.

Home

#

Home is where Pozto opens. It gathers what needs you across everything you use Pozto for, each with a button that does it or opens the page that does.

  • Needs you: creators who are late (on Growth, “Remind 4 late” reminds everyone late from here), applications to your affiliate program (approve or decline the first three right there), partners owed a payout, flagged sales, creators due in the next 7 days, details to fill in (To do), videos that don't tag you (Growth), creators paused over your plan's limit, and steps left to set up your program. When there's nothing: “Nothing needs you right now.”
  • Last 7 days: new posts about your products, their views (from Starter) and the share of creators who posted; with an affiliate program, its partners and its partner sales in the last 30 days.
  • Get started: for a new team, “Add your creators”, “Check a creator”, “Find creators” and “Start an affiliate program”, until you've done them.
  • The sidebar has five sections: Home, Creators (with Products and Campaigns as tabs), Find (Find creators, Creator check, Competitors and Your channels), Affiliates (Program and Sales) and Settings. Affiliates shows once you have a program or sales, and Campaigns from Starter. Your creator profile, your programs, the Guide and Feedback are at the bottom.

Creator statuses

#

A creator's status comes from their deal's dates and the posts Pozto has found. A post beats everything else.

StatusWhat it means
Not shippedA deal with no dates yet. Add when it was sent so the clock can start.
ShippedSent, and the delivery (or estimated delivery) is still ahead.
Due in Nd / Due todayDelivered, and the posting deadline hasn't passed.
Late NdPast the deadline: delivery plus the days to post, with no post yet.
Posted / Posted ×NA post about your product was found or added.
This month · N of MAsked for posts every month (in their panel, After their posts → Every month): how many of this month's are up. It turns Due in Nd · N of M in the month's last 7 days, This month: done once they're all up, and Missed last month · N of M (Late) when a month ended short. The month you turn it on never counts as missed.
ClosedYou stopped watching them (⋯ menu → Close: stop watching).
PausedOver your plan's active creators: saved, but not watched. See paused creators.
  • The deadline is the delivery date plus Days to post, which is 21 unless you set another (1 to 365) on the deal or in your import.
  • Without a delivery date, Pozto counts delivery as the ship date plus 5 days in transit, shown with a “~” (like “~Oct 6”). Change the days in Settings → Tracking, and confirm real dates from To do.
  • Several deals: the most urgent open deal sets the status, and the row says “+N more deals open”. In the panel each deal has its own status, like “2 of 3 posted” for deals with several videos.
  • Deals that won't get a post can be marked “Won't post”, “Lost in shipping”, “Returned” or “Cancelled” in the deal's Edit. They leave the late list and reminders, and aren't counted against your post rate.
  • No post: an older deal more than 60 days past its deadline stops holding the creator Late once there's a newer deal.
  • Dates follow your team's time zone (Settings → Time zone), so “Due today” turns into “Late 1 day” at midnight there. Teams that haven't set one use UTC; the team owner can change it.
  • Creators asked for posts every month show the more urgent of their monthly status and any open deal. A missed month isn't a late deal, so it gets no reminder: write to them yourself.

The Creators page

#

Creators lists everyone you've gifted, one row each. Click a row to open their panel.

  • Tiles: “Posted” (the share of creators who aren't closed who posted; ended deals aren't counted), “Late”, “Due this week” (deadline in 7 days or less), “Videos, last 30 days” (with views and EMV from Starter), and “Active creators” against your plan's limit. The limit counts every brand on your team, so with more than one brand the tile reads “Active creators, all brands” and shows how many of them are in the brand you're looking at; the Active filter counts only that brand. Growth adds “Not tagged” and “Posted after a reminder”.
  • Filters: “All”, “Active” (late, due and waiting together, plus creators you keep watching after their posts: the ones that count toward your plan), “Late”, “Due”, “Waiting”, “Posted”, “Closed” and “Paused”. Filter by product (one they were sent) or by campaign, and search by name, handle or email.
  • Sorting: click a column. Status sorts the most urgent first.
  • A chip next to the videos points out the one thing worth acting on: “Couldn't check”, “Not tagged”, or “No disclosure” / “Weak disclosure”. See the video check.
  • Check for new posts now looks right away instead of waiting for the next check, at most once every 10 minutes.
  • Recently removed: creators anyone on your team removed. “Bring back” restores them with their deals and videos for 30 days.

To do

#

To do, at the top of Creators, lists what only you can fill in for tracking to work. Each line opens that creator; the first 4 show, then “Show N more”.

It saysDo this
Add when it was sent, so we know when they're due.Open the deal's Edit and set Sent.
Confirm the delivery date: we're assuming Oct 5.Set Delivered on the deal, or “Mark delivered today” from the ⋯ menu.
Pick the product, so we know what to look for in their videos.Pick the Product on the deal.
Seen in their video: Glow Serum. Confirm it's what you sent.Click “Confirm” on the deal in their panel, or “It was …” if they show another of your products. Nothing is saved until you do.
Our email to them bounced. Check their address.Fix the email with Edit at the top of their panel.
Add their email to send a reminder.Growth: late creators with no email. Add it with Edit, or remind them in DMs.

A creator's panel and ⋯ menu

#

Everything about one creator, opened by clicking their row.

  • Edit (top): name, email and notes. An email Pozto filled in says where it came from, like “from their Instagram bio”.
  • Deals: each deal with its type (Gift, Paid deal, Affiliate, Ambassador or Event), its product (a PR box can hold several: a video about any of them counts), dates, campaign, days to post, videos expected, fee and tracking number. “+ Add a deal” for a new one. In a deal's Edit, “No post coming?” marks it Won't post, Lost in shipping, Returned or Cancelled; “Expect a post again” undoes that.
  • After their posts: Stop watching (the default: watching ends once their deals have their posts), Keep watching (their new posts keep being found) or Every month with a number of posts a month. Keep watching and Every month count toward your plan's active creators for as long as they're on, even after the creator has posted; before you save, the panel says what the choice does to your count (like “Adds 1 to your active creators: 213 of 250”) and warns when it would go over your plan. See how posts are found.
  • A deal with no product (an import that didn't say what was sent) shows the product seen in their videos, on the deal and on their Creators row, marked “seen in their video”. “Confirm” makes it the deal's product, “It was …” picks another one they showed; until then it's only a guess. With nothing seen, the deal shows your brand's logo.
  • Posts under each deal, with the video check. Their ⋯ menu opens the post, asks for your tag (Growth), or “Remove this post”.
  • Messages: reminders and asks sent to them by anyone on your team, and whether they arrived. See sent messages.
  • History: every change to them and their deals, by whom. “Undo” works for 30 days, until it's changed again; the history itself is kept for good. A removed deal can't come back if its creator was removed since: bring the creator back first.
  • Accounts: each handle, whether the platform confirmed it, and “Fix handle” when it says there's no such account. Until a handle is right, its posts can't be found.

The ⋯ menu, on the row and in the panel:

  • Email a reminder (Growth), Draft a reminder in your email, or Copy a reminder for DMs (no email): only while they're due or late. See reminders.
  • Mark delivered today: when the latest deal has no delivery date.
  • Won't post for this deal: leaves the late list and reminders.
  • Keep watching / Stop watching after their posts: the same as After their posts in the panel, without a monthly number.
  • Close: stop watching / Reopen: watch again. Closing frees an active creator on your plan.
  • Remove creator, with their posts. Bring them back from Recently removed for 30 days.

Importing your creator list

#

Add creators brings in the spreadsheet you already keep: one list, or a whole workbook with several brands, a products tab and creators.

  • Upload a file (Excel .xlsx or CSV; exports from GRIN, Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, Shopify Collabs, Notion and Airtable work), paste a Google Sheets link (shared as “Anyone with the link can view”), or Paste cells or one handle per line.
  • Columns are matched for you, in any of the site's languages (“이메일”, “Versanddatum”, “Fecha de envío” all work). Change any that are wrong; “Don't import” columns are skipped, and a handle or email column full of follower counts or phone numbers starts as “Don't import”. For rows that don't say, set the product sent, ship date, delivered date and days to post (21 by default).
  • Files from any Excel: semicolon- and tab-separated CSV, UTF-16 (“Unicode text”) and older encodings (like Shift_JIS, GBK, EUC-KR, Windows-1252) are detected. If you see “We couldn't read the text in this file”, save it as CSV UTF-8 in Excel and upload that.
  • Dates in any language work (“2026年10月5日”, “5. Oktober 2026”, “31.12.2026”). For dates like 03/04/2026 that could be either way round, Pozto goes by your sheet's other dates, then your browser's language (US: month first; most others: day first). The Example column shows how each date was read, like “03/04/2026 → 3 Apr 2026”.
  • Names: first and last name columns are joined (family name first for Chinese, Japanese and Korean names). Columns for platforms Pozto doesn't track (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, X) aren't imported. Products tabs and summary tabs in other languages are recognised, and default sheet names (“Sheet1”, “Tabelle1”) aren't used as brand names.
  • Handles can be “@name”, “name”, a profile link, “IG - @name”, or several in one cell. A handle with no platform is looked up on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Linktree and other link-in-bio pages add every account they list.
  • Review before importing: check the photos and names are the creators you sent to, since a typo can lead to someone else's account. Rows with problems are listed; fix them in your sheet and import it again.
  • Importing again only adds what's new. Existing creators are matched by their accounts and email and updated; the same deal on the same day isn't added twice. An import also reopens a closed creator it matches.
  • Undo import (Recent imports, ⋯ menu), for 30 days: removes the creators, deals, posts, products and brands it added, and puts back notes it changed and creators it reopened. Anything your team changed or added since stays. Only the person who ran it can undo it, while they're on the team. An import that stopped part-way says “Stopped part-way: N of M creators”: undo it, or import the same file again to add the rest. Imports skip locked (read-only) brands.
  • Over your plan's active creators, new ones come in paused; the review says how many before you import.

Shopify

#

Products → Shopify gift orders turns your Shopify order export into creators and deals, on every plan.

  • In Shopify, open Orders → Export, pick the dates you sent gifts in and CSV, then upload the file Shopify emails you.
  • Pick what marks a gift: tags (like “gifted”), discount codes, or orders with nothing charged. Pozto guesses and remembers your choice.
  • Matching: by email first, then by a handle in the order note (“TikTok: @name”, a profile link). A handle that isn't on your list yet becomes a new creator. Orders it can't match wait under “Gift orders to match”, where you add the handle or mark “Not a gift”.
  • Exports have no delivery date, so delivery is estimated from your days in transit. Uploading again adds nothing twice.
  • Connecting your store directly isn't available yet: upload an export whenever you send a new batch.

Adding a post by link

#

Add a post on Creators takes a TikTok, Instagram Reel or YouTube Short link: for platforms Pozto doesn't watch, or a post it missed.

  • Leave Creator as “Whoever posted it” and Pozto finds them on your list, or adds them.
  • Leave Product as “Work it out from the video” and the video check picks the product.
  • A post you add counts for their deal. A video they posted before any deal with them goes under Other posts instead, and doesn't change their status. Adding the same link again checks a failed video again.
  • A video that's already filed stays with its creator, and Pozto says who. Picking a creator in the form moves it to them instead, and says so.

Creator check

#

Creator check looks at a creator before you send them anything. Enter a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube username or profile link and you see, from their latest public videos: views on a typical video (the middle one, so one viral video can’t inflate it), engagement rate by views and by followers, typical views ÷ followers, posts a week and their last post.

It also counts how many recent captions say ad, sponsored or gifted (the same words as the disclosure check), lists the accounts they tag most, and flags things worth a second look: a typical video reaching under 2% of followers (for accounts with 5,000 or more), one video with 10 times the views of a typical one, many likes but very few comments, no new video in over 45 days, or fewer than 5 videos to judge from. These are signs to check, not proof.

Enter your gift’s retail value and what 1,000 views are worth to you, and it shows what a typical post from them is worth and how much of it your gift covers. Profiles are read from public pages (and YouTube’s API) through vidio, our sister product, and can be up to a day old. Instagram sometimes hides a real account from us for a moment: if a check can't find one you know exists, try again in a few minutes.

Under the result, for your brand: the brands their videos name in Pozto’s index (your competitors marked, see Competitors), your history with them (deals and videos found) and Add to creators. Checks a month: 10 on Free, 100 on Solo, 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth and 3,000 on Brand, counted once per creator a month (checking the same creator again is free), and up to 30 an hour. Open it from a creator’s panel, from Find creators or from Competitors.

A Pozto report

#

A Pozto report is a private page, sent as a link, with the videos creators posted about your brand in the last 30 days. It's made from public posts: Pozto doesn't know who you sent product to, so it never says these creators were gifted.

  • Each video shows when your product is first on screen or said out loud (“On screen at 0:03”), whether the video tags you, and whether it says it was gifted or an ad: “Says gifted or ad”, “Easy to miss” or “Doesn't say gifted or ad” (see the video check). Click a video to open it on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
  • The totals at the top filter the list. Click “Don't tag you” or “Don't say gifted or ad” to see only those videos and the creators who posted them; each also shows how many views those videos have. Click it again, or “Show all videos”, to see them all.
  • Views add up the videos whose views Pozto could read (see Views and EMV): “On 131 of 148 videos” when some have none yet, with an ⓘ that says why. Each video shows its views, and each creator their follower count (subscribers on YouTube), read from their profile and updated weekly, and their videos' views.
  • Find creators: type in “Search creators” and check creators in its list (with their followers, videos and views) to see only theirs. Pick a platform, and sort by “Most videos”, “Most views”, “Most followers” or “Newest”.
  • Track your own creators free signs you in (the first sign-in creates your account) and offers to add the brand. “Add” (with the brand's name) copies the brand, its products and the report's creators, with their videos already checked, into your team as a new brand. On a new account that's a Free team.
  • No deals come with it. Add a deal to each creator you did send product to, from their ⋯ menu, and remove the others. Pozto then watches those creators for their posts. A note at the top of Creators says this until you click “Got it”.
  • If your plan's brands are all in use (Free has 1), the page says so before you add anything, with “See plans” to upgrade right there. After paying you're back on the same page, ready to add the brand. Or remove a brand first.
  • Remove this page, at the bottom of a report, takes it down for everyone with the link. Reports come down on their own after 30 days, and search engines don't list them.

Public brand pages

#

Pozto's brand pages (pozto.co/brands) show, for one brand, the creators who posted a video naming it on TikTok, Instagram (Reels) or YouTube (Shorts) in the last 30 days. They're made from public posts and anyone can open them, unlike a Pozto report. The brands on them aren't Pozto customers and haven't reviewed them.

  • What counts: a video whose caption names or tags the brand or one of its products. The video check then looks for the product on screen or said out loud; “Product shown” is the share of the videos watched so far where it found it; while some still wait, the page says how many were watched. Videos that never name the brand aren't counted. A caption that names the brand only in its text counts until the check has watched the video, then only if the check found the brand; a brand hashtag alone counts only once the check finds it.
  • The numbers: creators, videos, views (“on 107 of 124 videos” when some have none yet, with an ⓘ that says why), platforms, creator sizes by followers (Nano under 10K, Micro 10K–100K, Mid-tier 100K–1M, Macro 1M and up), the products creators posted about with their views, the six most-viewed videos (one per creator) and every creator, sortable by any column. Pages are read again every hour.
  • What they don't say: whether a creator was sent product or paid, whether a video tags the brand, or whether it says it was gifted. Those are only in a brand's private report.
  • Rankings: /brands lists the pages by category, and each category's page ranks its brands by how many creators posted about them. It also compares them: where their creators post, creator sizes, the top creators by views, creators who posted about more than one of them and the most-posted products. Each brand page shows its place (“#2 of 6 skincare brands by creators”).
  • See who posts about your brand asks for your brand, its website and a work email, and we email you a free private report (A Pozto report). Up to 2 requests a day.
  • Taking a page down: “Ask to remove this page”, at the bottom of a page, is for people at the brand. Use an email at the brand's own domain; we take the page down within 7 days and don't list the brand again.
  • Leaving a page as a creator: “I'm a creator here: leave me off” takes your handle off that page right away. Your videos stay on your profile; they just aren't listed or counted there.

Public creator pages

#

Each creator on a brand page with 5,000 or more followers also has a page of their own, at pozto.co/creators/tiktok/theirhandle: the brands with a Pozto brand page that their public videos named or tagged in the last 90 days, for a brand deciding whether to send them product. Like brand pages, they're made from public posts and anyone can open them.

  • What's on it: their followers, typical views (the median of recent videos whose views were read) and engagement (likes and comments per view, over the videos whose likes were read); Before you send product: reach (typical views per follower), how many videos reached twice their typical views, how often they post (a rate only once we have a week of their videos), video length, how many recent videos are labelled as an ad or gifted (#ad, #gifted… or the platform's paid partnership label) and what a typical post is worth at a $10 CPM; each brand with a brand page they posted about, with its video count, how many showed the product (from the video check) and the views; their six most-viewed videos naming those brands; their 12 latest videos; the hashtags in two or more of their captions and accounts they tag that other creators tag too; and creators who posted about the same brands. /creators lists every page, searchable by name, handle or brand.
  • What isn't: whether a brand sent them product or paid them, whether their videos say they were gifted, and any growth or audience numbers.
  • Check before you send: “Check @handle before you send product” opens the creator check for them after you sign in.
  • Removing your page, as the creator: press “Is this your account? Remove this page” at the bottom of your page and “Get my code”. Add the code (like pozto-7KQ2MX) anywhere in your TikTok or Instagram bio, or your YouTube channel description, then press “Check my bio”. You can also close the page: we check your bio every hour on the first day, then every 6 hours, for 7 days. Once we see the code, the page is gone for good, you're left off every brand page and out of Find creators, and you can take the code out. No email or sign-in needed.
  • Can't change your bio? Use “Send us a privacy request” under it, or ask us, and we'll remove it by hand.
  • Has a verified profile: a creator who set up their own creator profile shows a “Verified creator” box at the top of their page, with their own words, and the removal box is gone: they manage the page from their profile.

Creator profiles, for creators

#

Creators can set up their own profile on Pozto, so brands that send products find them and can contact them. Start at pozto.co/app/creator/join (or from “Get a verified profile” on a creator page), signing in with your email or Google. Nobody at Pozto approves profiles: the checks below run by themselves, and your profile goes public the moment every one passes.

  • Who can join: you're 18 or older and agree to the creator profile terms; your account is public; it has 1,000 or more followers; you posted 5 or more videos in the last 90 days; your typical video (the median views of your recent videos) reaches at least 1% of your followers; at least 2 of your 6 latest videos show, use or talk about a physical product (any brand, bought or gifted); and none of them is sexual, hateful, graphically violent, about drugs or weapons for sale, or a dangerous stunt.
  • Proving the account is yours: Pozto gives you a code like pozto-7KQ2MX. Put it anywhere in your TikTok or Instagram bio, or your YouTube channel description, and press “Check my bio”. Pozto also checks by itself, every hour on the first day and then every 6 hours, for 7 days. Once it's found, take it out again. If someone else had verified the same account, the code in the bio decides.
  • The checks: after your code is found, Pozto reads your account's public numbers straight away (Public account, followers, videos in 90 days, typical views). When those pass, Pozto watches your 6 latest videos for “Shows physical products” and “Safe for brands”, usually within an hour. Each check shows Passed, Didn't pass (with your number and the one needed) or Waiting.
  • Not eligible yet: nothing to do. Pozto checks your account again every 30 days and emails you when your profile goes public.
  • What your profile says: a short About (up to 300 characters), topics (the ones your videos showed come first; add up to 2 more), where you can receive products, the language of your videos, what you're open to (Gifted products, Affiliate codes, Paid posts), a starting rate per post if you want, and whether brands can contact you. “What brands will see” previews it.
  • Your public page: at pozto.co/creators/tiktok/yourhandle, with a “Verified creator” box, your numbers and your latest videos. Search engines list it once you have 5,000 or more followers. “Hide my profile” takes it down at once; “Show my profile” brings it back.
  • More platforms: “Add another platform” adds one account per platform; each one proves its code and passes the checks on its own, and your page lists the others.
  • If you also run a brand on Pozto: one sign-in works for both. “Your creator profile” in the app's sidebar opens your profile, and “Back to Pozto” on it returns to your brand; Account links to both. To start a brand, open Account and press “Set up a brand”.
  • Kept up to date: Pozto reads your account again every 30 days and watches your new videos every 90 days. If a check stops passing, your profile is paused (not public) and you get an email; it comes back by itself when it passes again. A profile reported by 3 different people within 30 days is hidden while we look at it.
  • Brands contacting you: a signed-in brand presses “Contact @handle” and writes a message. Pozto emails it to you from “Name at Brand (via Pozto)”; replying goes straight to them. Brands never see your email address unless you reply. Each team can contact 20 creators a day and you once every 7 days. Turn off “Brands can contact me through Pozto” to stop messages.

Find creators

#

Find creators searches the creators in Pozto’s index: ones it has seen posting about brands, and ones it adds by topic. Type what they post about (“serum”, “sensitive skin”, a brand’s name) and every word is matched against their name, handle, the brands their videos name and their captions from the last 90 days.

  • Filters: platform, followers (under 10K, 10K to 100K, 100K to 1M, 1M and more), views on a typical video (the middle one of those read), last post in the last 30 days, your competitors (posted one, or none in the last 90 days; follow them on Competitors first) your list (everyone, not on it, or on it) and open to (anything, or affiliate codes: creators whose creator profile says they're open to affiliate codes, to invite to your affiliate program). Sort by typical views, followers, most videos or most recent post.
  • Each result shows the brands their videos name, yours in green and your competitors in amber. Check opens the Creator check; Add to creators puts them on your list, where they count as an active creator like anyone you add.
  • Where the creators come from: public videos Pozto read for its brand pages and reports and for competitors’ YouTube searches, and creators Pozto adds to search by topic (“sunscreen review”, “protein powder review”…) or as creators like ones already in it, from their public profile and latest videos. Those are read again every month, so their followers and views can be up to a month old; the Creator check reads today’s. Your own creators aren’t in it, and no team sees another team’s list. There’s no audience age or country: platforms don’t make them public.
  • How many show: the first 20 results on Free, 50 on Solo, and the top 200 from Starter (add words or filters to narrow a bigger search).
  • Already show you is the page’s second tab: see Creators who already show you.

Competitors

#

Competitors puts your brand next to the brands you compete with, in creator videos. Follow a competitor by its name, and optionally its website and accounts (tags of those accounts count too). Your brand is always the first row.

  • What counts: a video whose caption tags or names the brand, counted the same way for every brand, yours included. The videos come from creators Pozto reads for its brand pages, reports and creator search, from your own creators, and from one YouTube search a week for each name. Competitors’ videos aren’t watched by the video check, so your Creators page, which counts videos the check found without any mention, can show more for you.
  • Share of creator videos: videos, views or creators for each brand in the last 30 days, as bars and shares. Side by side adds the share of videos that tag the brand and the latest video. Creator videos each week shows the last 12 weeks: a sudden jump usually means a brand just sent out a round of products.
  • Creators who post competitors, not you: people who posted a competitor in the last 30 days, haven’t posted you and aren’t on your list, with Check and Add to creators. Below them: your own creators who posted a competitor, and how many posted you and a competitor.
  • Competitors’ most-viewed creator videos in the last 30 days, with whether each tags or only names them.
  • Views show from Starter, like views everywhere. A new competitor shows the videos Pozto already has within a minute; its YouTube search runs within a day.
  • How many: follow 1 competitor on Free, 3 on Solo, 5 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Brand, counted across all your team’s brands. Stop following one with its ×.
  • In your digest: creators who started posting your competitors, and your own creators who did, come in the digest email, with a tile for each competitor you just followed.

Your channels

#

Your channels shows your brand’s own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (the accounts in Settings) next to what creators posted about you. Pozto reads each account’s public page once a day, like a visitor would: followers and the latest posts with their views.

  • Each account: followers, views on a typical post (the middle one), posts a week, the last post, and the latest posts with how each did against the typical one (“2.1× typical”). An account is read the first time you open the page, and then every day while someone opens it at least once a month.
  • Your posts vs. creators’ posts about you: views on your own posts in the last 30 days, next to views on creators’ videos about you (the posts on your Creators page), and how many times more one had. Views on creators’ videos show from Starter; on Free and Solo you see how many videos and creators.
  • Creators’ best videos about you: the most viewed in the last 30 days, each opening the creator’s panel. Ask before reposting one: UGC usage rights says what to ask for.
  • Not here: watch time, reach, audience and follower growth. Those are in each platform’s own analytics.

How posts are found

#
  • Pozto watches creators while they owe a post: not closed, not paused, and no post since their latest deal. Each account is looked at every few hours. The top of Creators says which platforms are watched right now; for the others, use Add a post.
  • After their posts, watching stops, unless you choose otherwise in their panel: Keep watching goes on finding their new posts with no deadline, and Every month also asks for a number of posts each calendar month (for ambassadors and affiliates). Either way they count as an active creator while it's on. When it's turned on, Pozto files their videos from up to 30 days before, but not from before their latest deal.
  • Only public posts can be found. Pozto doesn't connect to creators' accounts, so private videos, stories and anything behind a login aren't seen.
  • On YouTube, only Shorts (up to 3 minutes) are filed. Longer YouTube videos aren't watched, checked or shown in reports, and Add a post doesn't take them.
  • Only videos from around the deal on are filed: posted from a day before it was sent.
  • A watched video counts as a post about you when its caption tags or names your brand or a product (including its Other names), or the video check finds your product or brand on screen or said out loud. Until it's checked, a video with nothing in its caption shows “Counts once we see your product”; after, “Not about your product” if it isn't.
  • Which deal it's for: the product you picked, the campaign's hashtag, the product seen in the video, the product named in the caption, or else their latest deal (“· latest deal”).
  • Cross-posts (the same video on another platform within 3 days, with a similar caption) show as one post.
  • Deals with several videos: a creator stays watched (and counts as active) until every deal has the videos it asked for, or has ended. An older deal that's still open keeps them watched too, unless it's 60+ days overdue (“No post”).

The video check

#

Every post is checked the same way on every plan: your product on screen, what's said, the caption's tag and whether it says it was gifted. Your plan decides what's shown, so upgrading shows the rest on videos you already have.

  • Only clear sightings count: your product held, used, applied or shown to the camera, or said out loud. A product only in the background (a shelf behind them) doesn't make a video about you: it's too often a guess.
  • Disclosure: clear (a platform label like “Paid partnership”, #ad, or “gifted” next to your brand near the start of the caption, or said in the video), weak (“#gifted” without saying who from, or a clear one far down the caption where it's cut off) or none. For a deal whose type is Paid deal, Affiliate or Ambassador, or that has a fee, a gift label is weak: the FTC's FAQ says a free-product disclosure isn't enough when the creator is also paid, so only ad words (“Ad”, “Sponsored”) or the platform's label are clear. The words follow the country you choose in Settings: see disclosure rules by country. Pozto only says what it found, never whether it's legally enough.
  • Up to 10 video checks per account per week: real creators post a few videos a week, so this covers them in full. An account that posts more (news, media and brand accounts can post dozens a day) gets its first 10 videos of the week watched; the rest show Caption only and count when their caption tags or names your brand or products. To check one of them anyway, add its link with Add a post: links you add are always checked.
  • Couldn't check video: the video is private or removed, it's a photo post, or it couldn't be downloaded. If it's gone, use Remove this post in its ⋯ menu; adding the link again tries again.
  • Watch with timeline plays the video beside the timeline. Instagram's player can't jump to a moment; the times show where to look.
  • Another shade, color, flavor or size of a product counts as that product. When the video shows the product line but not clearly the variant you listed, its moment says (may be another shade or variant). Add a product per variant in Products if you need them told apart.
  • Products are found on screen from their photos: add a few angles in Products. Without a photo a product is only found by name.

Disclosure rules by country

#

Each country asks creators for its own words when a post is an ad or a gift. Pozto grades every post's disclosure (clear, weak or none) by the rules of the market you choose in Settings → Disclosure rules, and each chip says which country's rules it used.

  • Choose the country where your posts are mostly seen, not where your company is based: these rules protect the people watching. Without a choice, posts are graded by the US rules (the FTC's).
  • Posts written in Korean or Japanese (a quarter of the caption's letters or more) are always graded by Korea's or Japan's rules, whatever you chose, since that's who they're shown to.
  • The words have to be near the start: within what shows before “more” (about 150 characters on TikTok and Instagram, 300 on YouTube). In Germany it has to be the first word.
  • Paid deals, affiliates and ambassadors need an ad word everywhere: a gift label alone is weak for them, even where it counts for a gift.
  • The platform's own label (“Paid partnership”, “Includes paid promotion”) counts as clear everywhere. The FTC and India's ASCI still advise adding your own words.
  • In the video, words said or shown count when they're the country's own.
  • This follows our guide Influencer disclosure rules by country, checked against each regulator's page on 2026-10-17. Pozto only says what it found, never whether a post is legally enough: for a specific campaign, ask a lawyer.

Views and EMV

Starter plan and up#

Views, likes and comments for every video, and its earned media value (EMV).

  • Views are counted for a video's first 30 days. Views keep growing for as long as a video is up, so a number that never stops changing can't be compared or reported. Pozto follows each video for 30 days after it's posted, then keeps its last read as the final number. Most short videos get nearly all their views in the first days, so this is close to the lifetime count, and a campaign's or a week's totals stop drifting once its videos are a month old.
  • Until then a post says “so far; counting until Nov 12”, and after, “final: views in the first 30 days”.
  • How often: about once a day during those 30 days. YouTube's numbers come from its API, TikTok's from each video's public page, and Instagram's from the account's Reels tab. Instagram shows plays only for an account's latest 12 reels, so an older reel keeps the last views Pozto saw, or has none. Creators can hide their counts, and a page that doesn't load is read again the next day.
  • Totals (Creators' “Videos, last 30 days”, Products, Campaigns) add up each video's latest or final numbers. The weekly report counts the videos found that week, with their numbers so far.
  • EMV (earned media value) is what this exposure would cost as ads: $10 per 1,000 views plus $0.20 per like or comment, in US dollars. It's an estimate for comparing videos and campaigns, not money anyone paid.
  • A deleted video keeps the last numbers we saw. See deleted videos and removed tags.

Deleted videos and removed tags

#

Creators sometimes take a post down, or edit the caption after posting. What Pozto does:

  • Deleted or made private: the post gets a “Deleted by the creator” mark once the platform has stopped showing it: on YouTube when it's still missing a day after the first miss, on TikTok when it's still missing two days after (three daily checks). Only TikTok saying the video doesn't exist counts, so videos with embedding turned off, age- or region-limited videos and photo posts are never marked deleted. It still counts as posted, because they did post it, and keeps the views we last saw. Reach out to the creator if you expected it to stay up.
  • Tag taken out of the caption: the post shows “Tag removed”, no longer counts as tagged, and comes back in Not tagged, so you can ask again. If the tag comes back, the mark goes away. The post itself still counts: a counted post never stops counting because its caption changed. An empty caption read changes nothing.
  • When we notice: YouTube videos and TikTok captions are re-read about once a day during a video's first 30 days. After that, Pozto keeps what it last saw.
  • Limits: Instagram has no official way to re-read a reel, so Pozto doesn't notice a deleted reel or an edited Instagram caption. Nothing is noticed after a video's first 30 days on any platform. The video check (what's on screen and said) isn't redone when a caption changes.
  • Deleted videos are checked again once a week for 90 days, and lose the mark if they're back up.
  • A caption that gains your tag or a product name makes a watched video that didn't count yet start counting.

Reminders

#

Reminders are short, friendly emails or DMs asking a creator for their post. Every plan can send them; Growth sends them for you.

  • Every plan: the creator's ⋯ menu → “Draft a reminder in your email” opens a draft to them in your own email app, or “Copy a reminder for DMs” copies it and opens their profile when they have no email. Only while they're due or late.
  • Growth and Brand: “Email a reminder” lets you edit and send it from Pozto, as “you at your brand (via Pozto)”, with replies to your inbox. Pozto confirms it arrived.
  • Remind N late (top of Creators, Growth) emails every late creator with an email at once. It says who it skipped: no email, or reminded in the last 12 hours.
  • Automatic reminders (Settings → Reminders, the team owner turns them on): late creators with an email get one once they're 2 days late, then once a week until they post, signed by the owner with replies to them. They go out between 9:00 and 20:00 in your team's time zone.
  • At most one every 12 hours per deal, so nobody is reminded twice by accident. Someone who marked an earlier Pozto email as spam isn't emailed again.
  • Reminders only reach creators with an email: Settings → Reminders says how many that is. See creators' emails.
  • Bounces and spam reports: after an email to an address bounces, “Remind N late”, “Ask N for the tag” and automatic reminders skip it until the creator's email changes or a later email arrives; a one-off email still goes, with a warning. If someone marks any Pozto email as spam, Pozto stops emailing that address for every brand.
  • Creators can stop your emails: every email Pozto sends a creator has a “Stop emails from your brand” link at the bottom, and mail apps show an Unsubscribe button. If a creator uses it, Pozto won't email that address for your brand again: bulk and automatic reminders skip them, and sending one yourself says they asked not to get emails. Their panel shows “Stopped emails from your brand” with the date. Only the creator can turn emails back on, from the same link. Other brands aren't affected.
  • A daily limit: Pozto sends at most 200 emails to creators a day for your team on Growth, and 500 on Brand, counted over the last 24 hours across all your brands. Settings → Reminders shows how many have gone. At the limit, “Remind N late” and “Ask N for the tag” stop and say how many weren't sent, a single email can't be sent from Pozto, and automatic reminders wait for a later run. You can always send from your own email.

Creators' emails

#
  • Add an email with Edit at the top of a creator's panel, or bring them in with your import or Shopify orders.
  • Pozto fills in missing ones from what creators publish: the Instagram bio, the YouTube channel description, their link-in-bio page, or the email on their Shopify gift order. Each creator is looked up at most once a month. The panel says where it came from.
  • Found emails need a yes before automatic reminders use them: click “Confirm email” next to where it came from in their panel, or “Confirm all found emails” on the list of creators reminders can't email. Emails you type in are confirmed already. Reminders you send yourself, one at a time or with “Remind N late”, still use found emails.
  • An email you type always wins and is never replaced.
  • Creators reminders can't email lists everyone waiting on a post with no email, one that bounced, or who asked not to get emails from your brand, plus emails Pozto found that nobody has confirmed yet.

Sent messages and delivery

Growth plan and up#

Every reminder and ask, in each creator's panel on every plan. On Growth, Settings → Reminders → Sent lists your whole team's, filtered by who sent them, Automatic, or only problems, with how many arrived and how many creators posted after a reminder. Message times show in your own time zone.

StatusWhat it means
SentSent by Pozto. Waiting for their mail server to confirm.
DeliveredTheir mail server accepted it. Opens aren't tracked.
BouncedIt couldn't be delivered. Fix their email, or remind them in their DMs.
Marked as spamPozto won't email them again. Reach them in their DMs.
DraftedOpened in your own email: only your sent folder shows whether it went.
Copied for DMCopied to paste in their DMs: Pozto can't see whether it went.

Not tagged: getting the credit

Growth plan and up#

Videos about your products that don't tag you: their followers can't find you. Open them with the “Not tagged” tile on Creators.

  • Ask N for the tag emails every untagged video's creator you haven't asked yet, from Pozto in your name with replies to you. If a video also doesn't say it was gifted, the ask covers both.
  • Creators without an email are skipped: ask each in their DMs from the video's ⋯ menu in their panel.
  • After an ask, Pozto reads the caption again every day for 30 days and marks “Tag added” when your tag shows up.

Products

#
  • Products lists what you send, with who got it, who posted, views, EMV and cost per video. Products are unlimited.
  • Add products from your store (Shopify stores list every product) or one by link.
  • Photos (up to 6) are how the video check spots a product on screen: add the back, the packaging, each shade.
  • Other names (short names, hashtags, misspellings) are looked for in captions. Variant of counts a shade or size toward its main product. Cost of one gift gives what each video cost.
  • Archive takes a product off your list and out of pickers; its history stays.
  • Remove product takes it out of deals (the next product in a box becomes the main one), campaigns, posts and Shopify orders. A product that's archived stays shown, as “(archived)”, in the deal and campaign forms that already use it.

Campaigns

Starter plan and up#
  • Campaigns group deals by launch or season and compare them: deals, posted, videos, views, EMV and cost per video.
  • A campaign has dates, products and an optional hashtag: a video with it counts for the campaign. “Add existing deals” brings in deals for its products within its dates.
  • Pick a campaign on a deal (its Edit) to add it. Click a campaign to see its creators.

Brands

#
  • Switch brands from the brand menu at the top of the sidebar; “+ Add a brand” adds one. Free, Solo and Starter include 1 brand, Growth 3 and Brand 10. Everyone on your team can use every brand.
  • Your brand's handles (Settings → Brand) are how Pozto knows a caption tags you: keep them right. When you add a brand, “Fill in” reads its website, or a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube profile link pasted there, for the name, logo and handles; if it can't, type them in.
  • Several brands at once: import a spreadsheet with a Brand column or one tab per brand.

Digest emails and the weekly report

#
  • The digest email opens with the numbers: New posts, Late, Due soon and, from Solo, Need a fix (videos missing your tag or a gift disclosure); each opens that list in Pozto. Then each brand: new posts, one line per creator with how many videos, which products and what's missing; who's late, the most overdue first; and who's due in the next 3 days. Each list shows the first 5, with a link to the rest. Brands on paid plans are in the daily digest; brands on Free are in Monday's, even if you're also on a paid team. Locked brands aren't included. It goes out around 8:00 in your time zone (the weekly one on your Monday), and only when there's something to say. Change your time zone in Settings → Email; until you or your team set one, it goes out around 13:00 UTC.
  • The weekly report (Growth and Brand, with Monday's digest): post rate, new videos, views, EMV, cost per video, late, missing disclosures and untagged, each against last week, plus campaigns and the week's best videos.
  • Competitors, for brands that follow any: your creators who posted a competitor, and creators who started posting a competitor but not you, since the last email (from videos posted in the last 30 days); a Now following tile for each competitor you just followed, with its creator videos in the last 30 days; and on Mondays (Free's weekly digest and the weekly report) Creator videos this week for you and each competitor, against last week. New creators or a competitor you just followed are reason enough for an email; the week's numbers alone only go in a Monday email.
  • Turn it off or on for yourself in Settings → Email, or with Unsubscribe in the footer of any digest (your email app's unsubscribe button works too), no sign-in needed.

Sales from creator codes

Brand plan#

Sales, on every plan, reads your Shopify order export for orders paid with each creator's discount code, and shows the revenue per creator. Codes that start with a creator's handle are matched for you; give others by hand, and mark codes many people use as shared. Orders with a partner's code also count for your affiliate program.

Your affiliate program

#

Affiliate program is free on every plan. Creators apply on your own program page (pozto.co/join/your-name), share their link or discount code, and earn a commission on the sales they bring. Pozto works out what each partner is owed; you pay them yourself, your usual way. Pozto never takes a cut of your sales or of their commissions. Its footer reads “Affiliate program on Pozto”, with “Run your own program, free” for other brands who visit.

  • Start your program: a program belongs to the brand you're on, and shows its name and logo, so switch to the right brand first. Pick the page address, where your sales happen (Shopify store, Stripe, or somewhere else through the API) and the commission: a share of each sale (1 to 90%) or a fixed amount per sale. Stripe programs also choose how long subscriptions earn: the first payment only, the first 12 or 24 months of payments, or every payment.
  • Finish setting up: until everything is in place, the Program page lists the steps left (describe the program, add the link script, connect your sales, add partners, go live), and Home and the Creators page remind you how many are left. Each step ticks itself when Pozto sees it done. Open next to a step takes you to the part of the page that does it, highlighted, with the step's instructions above it; once it's done, the next step is one click away.
  • Return window (30 days to start, up to 120): a commission waits this long after the sale, then it's approved. A refund before then lowers it, or cancels it when the whole sale is refunded.
  • Link remembered for (60 days to start, up to 365): a purchase within this many days of clicking a partner's link counts for them.
  • Draft, Live, Closed: a new program is a draft. Go live opens the page to applications; Close applications stops new ones, and partners keep earning until you remove them.
  • Applications: with I approve each one, every application waits for Approve or Decline. With Approve creators who passed Pozto's checks, creators who proved their account is theirs and whose videos are safe for brands are approved at once. Size and activity aren't required to join a program. Each application shows the creator's accounts, linked, with whether they proved each is theirs (or their website, for a blog or newsletter), and their note to you.
  • Partners shows each partner's link (?via=their-name), code, clicks, sign-ups, sales, and what's pending, owed and paid. Approved partners with a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account join your Creators list, so their posts are watched like anyone's. Each partner's email shows under their name, here and on applications.
  • Shopify programs give each approved partner a code named after their link (MAYAGLOWS). Make the same code in Shopify (Discounts) so it works at checkout.
  • Stripe programs give each approved partner a code named after their link too. Make a promotion code with it in Stripe (Product catalog → Coupons → Promotion codes): a Checkout with that code counts for them, even without their link.
  • Own commission: ⋯ → Commission on a partner's row sets their own share of each sale or fixed amount, for new sales from then on; the program's months, return window and link days still apply. Use the program's commission goes back.
  • Emails to partners: Pozto emails each partner, from your brand's name with replies going to you, when their application arrives or is approved, when a sale earns them a commission, when it's confirmed after the return window, and when you mark them paid. Each email has a link to stop them, and partners can turn them off in Your programs.
  • Materials: images, ready-made captions and your guidelines for partners, in their own tab. See Materials for partners.
  • ⋯ → Send a sample adds a gift for that partner, so Pozto watches for their post and checks its disclosure like any gift.
  • Flagged lists sales that look like a leaked code (they came from a coupon site) or a partner buying for themselves (the order's email is theirs). They still earn until you Reject them.
  • Settings: the page's headline and words, your website (where links send people), the discount codes give, the minimum payout, and Show this program to creators looking for one. New terms apply to sales from then on.
  • Plan limits: a partner counts as an active creator only in a month they post or sell. Applicants never count, and a partner you sent a gift counts for the gift as anyone does.

How program sales are tracked

#

Tracking on the Program page has what to add for your setup.

  • Partner links: put the Pozto script on every page of your site. A visit through a partner's link is remembered for the link days and counted as a click on their row. To check the script, click Check my site on Tracking (Pozto opens your website and looks for it), or open your site with ?via=test at the end of the address: the setup step ticks itself. Only visits from your own website count for this check.
  • Sign-ups: call pozto.lead(email) right after someone creates an account on your site. It counts as a sign-up for the partner whose link they came through, once per email, so partners see sign-ups as well as sales. Stripe customers created with metadata.pozto_via count too.
  • Links from your old tool: if partners shared links with another parameter (?ref=, ?fpr=), add data-params="via,ref" to the script and those links keep working.
  • Stripe: in your Stripe account, in live mode, open Developers → Webhooks and click Add destination. Choose Your account, Snapshot and the default API version; select the events checkout.session.completed, checkout.session.async_payment_succeeded, invoice.paid, invoice_payment.paid, charge.refunded, promotion_code.created, promotion_code.updated and customer.created; choose Webhook endpoint; paste the URL shown on Tracking; then Create destination. On the destination's page, reveal the Signing secret (whsec_…) and paste it on Tracking. The box empties once it's saved: Tracking shows when it was saved and its last 4 characters, and Replace secret swaps in another (for a new destination). If you paste an API key or the destination's ID instead, Pozto says so. Once Stripe sends events, Tracking lists the kinds that have arrived, and warns you if they aren't signed with the secret you saved (the wrong secret was pasted) or come from Stripe's Test mode, whose sales aren't counted. When you create a Checkout Session, pass the partner's token as metadata.pozto_via (for subscriptions, in subscription_data.metadata too). One-time payments earn at checkout; subscriptions earn on each paid invoice made within the months your terms pay for, counted from the customer's first payment (for customers imported from Rewardful, from when they first paid there). Commissions are on the price before tax. Refunds lower or cancel commissions not paid yet.
  • Shopify: partners' codes count from your order export on Sales. Sales through partners' links need your store connected, so Pozto can read each order back; connecting a store opens once Pozto's Shopify app is approved. With a connected store, add the custom pixel shown (Settings → Customer events → Add custom pixel). The pixel only says an order happened: Pozto reads the order back from your store before it counts, so nobody can send fake orders. Orders with a partner's code count for them; orders without one count for the partner whose link they came through. Pozto reads each order again during its return window for refunds and cancellations. Shopify runs custom pixels only for visitors whose cookie choices allow it (in the EU and UK, after they accept); sales from other visitors still count through partners' codes. Commissions are a share of the order total Shopify reports.
  • Without the pixel, partners' codes still count: import your order export on Sales.
  • API: apps and sites on neither send each sale to POST /api/v1/affiliate/conversions with an API key (Brand plan): program_id, via, ref, amount, currency. The same ref again only updates its refund.

Paying partners

#

Payouts on the Program page lists every partner owed approved commissions, per currency, with where they asked to be paid (PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or other).

  • Pay each partner your usual way, then Mark paid (with a note, like the transaction id). Their approved commissions become paid, and the payout shows under Paid.
  • Pay everyone at once: under Pay everyone at once, make a PayPal or Wise file for everyone who asked to be paid that way (with an email address) and is owed at least the minimum payout, one currency per file. Download it, upload it in PayPal (Payouts; your PayPal Business account needs Payouts turned on) or Wise (Batch payments) from your own account, and send. Then Mark all paid: it marks the commissions in the file, not ones approved since, and each partner gets their "paid" email. Discard drops a file you didn't send. Partners paid by bank transfer or other are paid as before.
  • Download CSV has every partner's owed and pending amounts and payout details, for paying many at once.
  • Pending commissions aren't listed until their return window ends.
  • Minimum payout (Settings): a partner owed less than this waits until they've earned more; Payouts says so on their row. Leave it empty to pay any amount.
  • Import moves your program in. Connect Rewardful takes your Rewardful API secret and brings your affiliates with every link they use, their coupon codes and PayPal or Wise emails, the customers they brought, their sign-ups and, if you tick it, commissions you haven't paid yet; the secret is used once and not kept. From other tools (Tolt, FirstPromoter, UpPromote, GoAffPro) or any CSV with email and link columns, upload the file instead. Each partner keeps their link token, so links already shared keep working, and they join by signing in with the same email.
  • Tax forms: which partners gave a W-9 or W-8BEN, and, for the team's owner, each form and a yearly download. See Tax forms.

Materials for partners

#

Materials on the Program page is what partners get to post with. They see it in Your programs, under each brand's program.

  • Guidelines: your do's and don'ts: what to say, what not to claim, how to disclose (#ad or the platform's paid-partnership label). Shown above the materials.
  • Images: PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 4 MB each. Pozto keeps its own copy up to 2400 pixels on the longest side; PNGs with transparency stay PNG, others become JPG. Partners download them with one click.
  • Captions: ready-made text for a post. Write {link} and {code} where the partner's link and code go: each partner sees, and copies, their own.
  • Up to 40 materials per program. Remove takes one away for every partner.

Tax forms

#

A business in the US reports what it pays its partners to the IRS, usually on Form 1099-NEC. Before paying, it collects a W-9 from partners who are US persons, and a W-8BEN from individuals elsewhere, which shows they aren't US persons. Pozto collects these once from each partner and gives them to the brands whose programs they're in.

  • For partners: open Tax form at the top of Your programs. Choose W-9 or W-8BEN, fill it in, and sign by typing your name and ticking the box, under the form's own certification. You fill it in once for every brand; filling it in again replaces it. A business outside the US (W-8BEN-E) sends its form to the brand directly.
  • Kept encrypted: everything on the form is encrypted. Lists show only the name and the last 4 digits of the tax number; the number itself is typed again whenever you change the form.
  • For brands: Tax forms on the Payouts tab shows which partners gave one. The team's owner can Open each form (as signed, with when and from which account, ready to print) and Download a year: every partner paid that year, the amount per currency, and their form, for your 1099 filing or your accountant. Other team members see only who gave one. Each opening and download is recorded.
  • Pozto doesn't file 1099s or give tax advice: what you have to file depends on where you and your partners are. Ask your accountant.

For creators: joining a program

#

Brands' program pages (pozto.co/join/…) show what you earn and how. Apply signs you in to Pozto (or creates your account). The brand sees your application with your Pozto profile: your TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts, whether you proved they're yours, and your recent videos. Without a profile, Add your account makes one and brings you back to the application; Back to your application is at the top of your profile. You can add a note to the brand either way.

  • Your programs lists each program you're in: your link and code, clicks, sign-ups, sales, and what's pending, approved (to be paid) and paid. Link to any page turns any page of the brand's site into a link with your token.
  • Materials: if the brand added images, captions or guidelines, they're under Materials from the brand: download the images, and copy captions with your link and code already in them.
  • Where they pay you: each brand pays you directly; add your PayPal, Wise or bank details for each program. Pozto never holds or takes your money.
  • Tax form: brands in the US need a W-9 (US citizens, residents and businesses) or a W-8BEN (individuals elsewhere) before paying you. Fill it in once from Tax form at the top of Your programs; see Tax forms.
  • Emails: you get an email when you're approved, when a sale earns you a commission, when it's confirmed and when the brand pays you. Turn them off on Your programs, or with the link in any of them.
  • No social account? Apply with your name and your website, blog or newsletter instead; the brand sees the link. A creator profile you make later is added to applications you already sent.
  • Find programs lists programs brands opened to every creator on Pozto.

  • An active creator is one still owing a post: not closed, and no post since their latest deal. Creators set to Keep watching or Every month count for as long as that's on, even when they've posted. They're counted across all your team's brands. Posting, closing or setting them back to Stop watching frees the spot. The “Active” filter on Creators shows them. A partner in your affiliate program counts only in a month they post or sell.
  • Change plan in Plan and billing (the team owner). Upgrades start now, prorated; downgrades and cancelling take effect at renewal, and nothing is deleted. Pay monthly, or yearly to save 20%; there's no contract, and you can cancel any time. Prices are in your currency, with tax added at checkout. Without a running plan you can pick any currency at checkout; a plan can't switch currency while it runs. Invoices from before a switch stay under Invoices in EUR in Billing.
  • Checking out twice by accident (two tabs) is caught: the second subscription is canceled and refunded in full, and Billing says so. Starting a new checkout closes any older checkout page.
  • Looking outward: competitors your team follows (1 on Free, 3 on Solo, 5 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 25 on Brand), creator checks a month (10, 100, 300, 1,000 and 3,000) and Find creators results (the first 20 on Free, 50 on Solo, all from Starter). Your channels, Sales and affiliate programs are on every plan.

Paused creators and extra creators

#
  • Past your plan's active creators nothing is refused: new creators are saved but paused, not watched, until there's room. The newest pause first; the oldest come back first.
  • Make room by closing creators you're done with, or upgrading.
  • Or watch extra creators (Plan and billing, paid plans, the owner): each one past your limit costs a small monthly amount (Solo $3.50, Starter $3, Growth $2, Brand $1), billed monthly for the most watched at once. Set a most-at-once limit to cap the cost.
  • What you pay is under “This month” in Plan and billing: the plan, the extra creators so far (how many × the rate) and the estimated total, plus tax. “Active creators” there also shows how many are extra.
  • If a failed payment ends the plan while extra creators are on, they turn back on by themselves when you pay again within 90 days, and Pozto tells you.
  • After a downgrade brands and seats past the new plan are locked or paused, not deleted. The owner picks which stay active in Plan and billing.
  • A charge for extra creators that fails is tried again every hour until it goes through, and is never charged twice.

Team and the owner

#
  • Team: the owner invites teammates by work email; they join when they sign in with it. A pending invite uses a seat. Seats: Free 1, Solo 2, Starter 3, Growth and Brand unlimited.
  • Everyone on the team can use all its brands and do everything with creators, deals, posts, products, campaigns and reminders.

The owner. Every team has exactly one owner: whoever created it, until they hand it to someone. Only the owner can:

  • change the plan, billing and extra creators (billing receipts go to the owner);
  • invite and remove people, and choose who stays active after a downgrade;
  • turn automatic reminders on or off (they're signed by the owner, with replies to them);
  • set up single sign-on and API keys;
  • delete the team, by deleting their account once nobody else is on it.
  • Hand the team to someone: on Team, open their ⋯ menu → Make owner, and click again to confirm. They become the owner and you a member; both of you get an email. Automatic reminders switch to them. A paused member can't be made owner until their seat is active.
  • The card that pays: if the previous owner's card pays for the plan, it keeps paying until the new owner clicks Add your card (a banner in the app and on Billing). Their card then pays, billing receipts go to them, and the previous owner's card is removed from the team. If the previous owner deletes their account first, their card is removed straight away and the owner is asked to add one before the renewal.
  • API keys the previous owner made keep working; the new owner sees them marked “Made by …, the previous owner” in Settings → API and can revoke them.
  • The owner left the company? Ask them to make someone else the owner first. If they can't, ask us from the owner's company email domain and we'll help.

Settings, single sign-on and API

#
  • Brand: name, website, logo and handles. Email: your digest on or off. Reminders: automatic reminders and the Sent log (Growth). Tracking: days in transit (5 by default).
  • Single sign-on (Brand plan): sign in through your identity provider (OpenID Connect), optionally required for your email domains. Each domain must be verified first: add the TXT record Settings shows (pozto-verify=…) to the domain's DNS and click Check DNS; until then nobody there is sent to single sign-on and Require doesn't apply. A domain another team has verified can't be added. People new to Pozto join your team the first time they sign in; someone who already has a Pozto account joins by invite, and someone you removed isn't added back unless you invite them again.
  • API (Brand plan): keys for every brand on your team, up to 120 requests a minute, to read creators, deals, posts and video checks, and add creators and posts. Lists of creators and posts come 100 at a time (up to 500), with a next_cursor for the next page. “How to use it” lists the endpoints.
  • Signing in: an email link (it works once and expires after 20 minutes) or Google. Up to 5 sign-in links an hour per email, and 20 per network.

Deleting your account

#

Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account (or Account if you haven't set up a brand yet or your access is paused), then type your email to confirm. It can't be undone.

  • A team you own is deleted with you: every brand in it, and their creators, deals, posts, products, campaigns, messages and history. Every subscription it has is canceled at once (including unpaid or incomplete ones), without a refund for the rest of the period, and a connected Shopify store is disconnected.
  • If other people use a team you own, it isn't deleted with you: first make one of them the owner so the team carries on and you just leave, or remove them (and any pending invites).
  • A team you're only a member of stays: you just leave it.
  • A team you handed to someone else whose plan your card still pays: your card is removed from it, and its owner is asked to add one before the renewal.
  • Your creator profile, if you have one, is deleted with you, and its public page comes down at once.
  • Invoices and billing records are kept, as the law requires. Want a copy of your data first? Ask us before you delete. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.

Examples and locked features

#
  • “Example” marks invented data that shows what a feature looks like: the illustrated video timeline, and example rows on pages your plan doesn't include yet. It's never in your numbers, digests or asks.
  • A lock with a plan name (“Views and EMV · Starter”) is a feature of that plan. Clicking it explains what it does, then shows the plans.
  • Hover a “What this means” ⓘ next to a feature for a short explanation.
  • The app is in your language too: Pozto picks it from the site or your browser when you first sign in; change it in Settings → Language, or on your account page if you only have a creator profile. Emails come in each reader's language, and reminders to creators in each brand's language for creator messages (Settings → Brand).

Creators who already show you

Brand plan#

Already show you, the second tab of Find creators, finds creators who aren’t on your list but posted about your brand in the last 90 days: good people to gift next. It searches YouTube for your name and handles, at most once every 12 hours. “Add to creators” adds one; “Hide” drops them from the results.
