Terms of service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms are the agreement between MOSAIK Studio, Inc., a Delaware corporation that makes Pozto ("we"), and the business that uses Pozto ("you"). By creating an account or using Pozto you accept them on behalf of your business. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

What Pozto does

Pozto helps brands and agencies track products they send to creators: who received what and when, and whether a post went up. It reads public posts through the platforms' official tools. It can't see private content, and platforms can change or limit what they make public, so we can't promise to find every post.

Your account

  • You must be a business, or acting for one, and at least 18.
  • Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.
  • You are responsible for the people you invite to your team and what they do in Pozto.

Plans and payment

  • The free plan and paid plans, their limits and prices are on our pricing page. Taxes are extra where they apply.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel, and we charge your payment method on file on each renewal. You agree to this when you subscribe. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the period ends.
  • Upgrading takes effect at once: we charge the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal, and the current period isn't refunded.
  • If you go over your plan's active creators, the extra creators are paused, not deleted, unless you turn on paid extra creators, which are billed at the rate shown for your plan.
  • Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pozto to:

  • add information about people you have no right to share with us, or use it in ways those people weren't told about;
  • harass, track or profile people outside your work with them as creators or customers;
  • break the law or the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Shopify;
  • overload, probe or get around the limits or security of Pozto, or copy it to build a competing product.

We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your data

You own what you put into Pozto. You give us permission to use it only to run Pozto for you, and to improve Pozto using information that doesn't identify you or anyone else. You can export or delete your data, or ask us to, at any time.

Data processing

When you add information about creators, or upload Shopify orders that include your customers' names and emails, you decide what goes in and why, and we process it on your behalf. For that information:

  • You confirm you have the right to give it to us and that the people concerned have been told how it is used, as your own privacy notice and the law require.
  • We use it only to provide Pozto to you, following your instructions in the app, and never sell it or use it for advertising.
  • Everyone at Pozto who can access it is bound to keep it confidential.
  • We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, limited and logged access, and the other measures in our privacy policy. Customer names and emails from Shopify orders are kept only until the order is matched or dismissed, and at most 90 days.
  • We use the providers listed in our privacy policy to process it, under terms that protect it at least as well as these. We'll update that list before adding a new one.
  • We help you answer requests from people to access or delete their information, and pass on any we receive.
  • We tell you within 72 hours of confirming a breach that affects it, with what we know and what we're doing.
  • When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.
  • On reasonable request, we'll give you the information you need to show you meet your obligations.

Creator profiles

Creators can set up a profile on Pozto so brands can find and contact them. If you do, these terms apply to you as a creator, and this section adds to them:

  • You must be at least 18 and own each account you add. You prove it with a code in the account's bio; if someone else proves the same account later, it moves to their profile.
  • Automatic checks decide whether your profile is public (followers, recent videos, typical views, physical products in your videos and content that's safe for brands, as our help center describes). We run them again regularly, pause a profile that stops passing or that several people report, and don't promise that any profile will be approved or stay public.
  • What you write on your profile must be true and yours to share, and the acceptable-use rules above apply to it.
  • Brands contact you through Pozto by email. Pozto isn't a party to any deal between you and a brand, doesn't pay you or guarantee a brand will, and isn't responsible for what brands send or say. You're responsible for following the law and each platform's rules in what you post, including saying when a post is an ad or a gift.
  • You can hide your profile at any time, and delete it by deleting your Pozto account.

Affiliate programs

Brands can run affiliate programs on Pozto: creators ("partners") join a brand's program, share a link or a discount code, and earn a commission the brand sets. If you run a program or join one, this section applies to you too.

  • Each program's terms (the commission, the return window before it's owed, how long a link counts) are set by the brand and shown on its program page. The agreement to pay commissions is between the brand and the partner; Pozto isn't a party to it.
  • Pozto works out commissions from the sales information the brand's store, payment provider or API sends us. We don't hold, send or receive anyone's money, and we never take a share of sales or commissions. Brands pay their partners directly, and are responsible for paying what they owe and for any tax forms.
  • Partners: don't buy through your own link or code to earn a commission, don't post your code on coupon sites unless the brand allows it, and don't mislead people about the product. Disclose your relationship with the brand in each post, as the law where you and your audience are requires.
  • Brands may decline, remove or flag partners, and reject commissions on sales that break their terms or these. Commission amounts are worked out from the data we receive; if a brand and a partner disagree about one, they settle it between them.
  • A partner's payout details are shown only to the brand whose program they're in.

Third-party services

Pozto works with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Shopify, which we don't control. Your use of them is under their own terms, and if they change what they allow, some features may change or stop working.

Our property

Pozto's software, design and brand belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

No warranties

We work hard to keep Pozto accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Detection results are estimates and can be wrong; check anything you rely on for payments or decisions about people.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Pozto and close your account at any time by asking us to close it. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or right away if you seriously break them. The sections on your data, data processing, warranties and liability continue after the agreement ends.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you at least 30 days before. If you keep using Pozto after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to its courts.
