Your brand affiliate program terms

These terms apply to everyone in the Your brand affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them.

1. You earn 20% of every payment a customer you refer makes in their first 12 months.
2. A purchase counts for you when the customer clicked your link in the 60 days before buying, or used your discount code.
3. A commission is confirmed 30 days after the sale. Refunded or cancelled orders don’t earn one.
4. We pay confirmed commissions once a month by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, once you’re owed at least $50.
5. Always say you earn a commission, clearly, in the post or caption (for example #ad or “affiliate link”), as the rules where you and your audience live require.

Not allowed:
- Posting your link or code on coupon or deal sites.
- Buying through your own link or code, or referring yourself.
- Bidding on Your brand or its misspellings in search ads.
- Spam, misleading claims about Your brand’s products, or speaking for Your brand.

We may remove a partner who breaks these terms, and sales that break them don’t earn a commission. We may change these terms; changes apply to sales after we tell you.

A starting point to adapt, not legal advice. Have a lawyer check it before you publish it.

What good terms cover

  • What partners earn, and for how long: the first payment only, a number of months, or every payment.
  • When a sale counts: how many days after a click, and whether codes count too.
  • When a commission is confirmed: after the return window, so refunds don’t become commissions.
  • How and when you pay, and the smallest amount you pay out.
  • Disclosure: partners must say they earn a commission, as the rules where they and their audience live require.
  • What isn’t allowed: coupon sites, buying through your own link, bidding on your brand in search ads, misleading claims.

Run the program on these terms

In Pozto, the same choices set how commissions are counted: the commission, how long it pays, the link days and the return window. Partners agree to your terms when they apply. Work out the numbers first with the affiliate commission calculator.

Questions

Do partners have to disclose that they earn a commission?

In most countries, yes, clearly and in the post itself. See the FTC influencer guidelines and the influencer disclosure guide.
